摘要
分析尿素装置氨泵、一段甲铵泵在生产运行中存在的问题,并提出解决方法。通过进行氨泵、一段甲铵泵变频调速改造,满足生产工艺的要求,降低电耗和设备故障率,优化尿素合成塔的操作,实现装置的节能降耗。
The transformation of ammonia pump and primary carbamate solution pump in urea plant to reduce power consumption and equipment failure rate and optimize the operation of urea reactor by application variable frequency speed regulation technology was reviewed based on the analysis of existing problems.
