摘要
介绍电机漏油的危害,分析滑动轴承采用强制油循环润滑的煤气化循环风机高压电机漏油问题,针对问题提出了对电机滑动轴承结构改造和润滑系统改造等改进措施,改造实施后取得了良好的效果。
Hazards of oil leakage in motor were discussed. In coal gasification plant oil leakage was found in high voltage motor of circulating fan where sliding bearing of motor is lubricated by forced circulating oil. Measures for sliding bear/ng structure reformation and lubrication system modification were presented. Good results were achieved after reformation.
