改性聚芳烷基酚模压塑料的热老化研究

摘要 介绍了在分子中引入环氧基和羟甲基改性聚芳烷基酚树脂的特点 ,着重介绍了改性聚芳烷基酚模压塑料在 2 5 0℃下的热氧老化过程中所发生的质量损失、冲击强度、静弯曲强度、介电强度、体积电阻系数和表面电阻系数的变化情况 ,并与酚醛塑料相比 。 The features of modified polyarylalkyl phenolic resin whose molecule were introdaced epoxy group are introduced are described. The loss in weight, impact strength, bending strength, dielectric strength, volume resistance and surface resistance of modified polyarylalkyl phenol molding plastics during thermal oxidation ageing and under 250℃ is mainly discussed and compared with phenolic. The results show that the modified phenolic has excellent heat stability.
