摘要
研究了PBT原料、增韧剂、遮光剂、偶联剂对PBT节能灯专用料性能的影响。结果表明 ,以熔体流动速率 12 g/10min以上的PBT为原料 ,加 2 %~ 4%的增韧剂EVA和 6%~ 8%复合遮光剂IR ,以玻璃纤维为增强剂 ,产品的性能较好 。
The effect of PBT materials, toughening agent, antiglouring agent, coupling agent on the properties of specific PBT composites for energy-saving lamp was studied, the results showed that using PBT whose melt flow rate was above 12g/10min as basic material, 2%~4% EVA as toughening agent and 6%~8% R as artiglouring agent, the properties of the composites were good, and the products could meet the user's demands.
