Reform and Innovation of Practice Teaching for Animal Cell Culture Technology Courses Based on“Work and Learning Combination”Mode

实践教学改革是高等职业教育工学结合人才培养模式实施的关键。在分析"动物细胞培养技术"课程专业定位、岗位需求与课程目标的基础上,构建了课程实践教学新体系;以强化学生技能、提升职业能力为目标,引入企业元素,探索和实践了"工作任务+团队合作+多元化考核"三位一体的实践教学新模式,实现了实践教学与企业岗位需求的对接。

The reform of practice teaching is the key to implementing the mode of ＂work and learning combination＂ for higher vocational education. The new practice teaching system of animal cell culture technology courses was constructed on the basis of analyzing professional orientation, job demand and the curriculum goals. In order to strengthen the students＇ skills and improve their professional ability, we introduced enterprises elements in the courses, explored and practiced the new model of practice teaching- ＂task ＋ team ＋ diversified assessment＂ and realized the linking of practice teaching to the job demands in the enterprises.
