西峰区农村教育发展与农村文化生活状况调查——以肖金镇南李村为例

The Harmonious Development between Education and Cultural Life in Rural Areas:A Study Based on the Investigation of Nanli Village,Xiaojin Town

社会主义新农村的建设不仅要注重农民收入的增加和农村经济的发展,更要注重农民整体精神状态和生活质量的全面提高以及农村公共教育和文化事业的全面繁荣、发展。近年来,西峰区农村教育和文化发展取到了显著成效,但在发展过程中也面临着新的问题和挑战。通过对肖金镇南李村农民的调查,了解全村教育和文化的发展现状,梳理农村各项社会事业发展表现出来的问题,并对这些问题加以分析和研究,探讨社会主义新农村建设过程中农村教育与文化建设中共同面临的问题和解决的措施。

Effort to build a new kind of socialist countryside needs to be focus not only on the increasing of farmers＇ income and development in rural economy, but also on the overall improvement of farmers＇ mentality and life quality and the overall prosperity in public education and cultural undertakings. In recent years, remarkable progress has been made on education and culture in rural areas, but new problems and challenges are still noticeable. Based on the investigation of Nanli Village in Xiao Jin Town, Xifeng District, Gansu Province, this paper presents the status of educational and cultural development in the village, analyzes newly-emerged problems and tries to find solutions during the construction of the new socialist countryside.
