摘要
本文从高铁服务管理与教学研究和发展现状着手,结合高铁服务意识培养的影响因素,提出加强高校在动乘专业学生的服务意识的培养途径。
The rapid development of China＇s high - speed rail put forward higher requirements for high - speed rail conductors＇service consciousness and quality. Somehow universities and enterprises ignore cultivating service consciousness and skills. From the high-speed rail service management and current situation of the teaching research and development to proceed, this article reflects factors on the cultivation of high - speed rail service consciousness, puts forward to strengthen cultivating professional service consciousness in university.
