A Brief Demonstration of Assimilation and Dissimilation in Subtitles Translation in “The Hunger Games”

电影,是一种具有大众性,广泛性和传播性的文化形态。随着全球化进程的加快,人们的精神文化水平也随之提高。英语影视的进入推动了我国影视翻译的发展。本文对字幕翻译做了简要的概述,从异化和归化的角度,对电影《饥饿游戏》中的经典片段的字幕翻译进行个案分析。

The movie is a kind of popular, widely spread culture. With the accelerating process of globalizationl people＇s cultural level lifts. By introducing English films and televisions the development of film translation has been accelerated in China. This paper gives a brief overview of the subtitle translation from the angle of assimilation and dissimilation by lifting a few examples in subtitle translation of film ＂the Hunger Games＂.
