系统健康教育在高热惊厥患儿家长中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway to parents for pediatric patients with heat convulsions

目的:探讨系统健康教育在高热惊厥患儿家长中的应用效果,旨在为高热惊厥患儿的临床护理提供参考。方法:将2010年3月～2011年3月80例高热惊厥患儿随机分为对照组和干预组各40例,干预组患儿家长在传统健康教育的基础上实施系统健康教育,对照组仅行传统健康教育,比较两组患儿并发症发生率,患儿家长对高热惊厥的疾病知识掌握程度、对护理的满意率,患儿住院时间及惊厥复发次数。结果:干预组患儿家长对高热惊厥的知识掌握程度、对护理服务的满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对高热惊厥患儿家长实施系统健康教育可提高临床护理质量,减少患儿并发症,同时患儿家长的满意率也得到提高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ：To discuss the clinical effect of nursing intervention of clinical pathway management to parents for pediatric patients with heat convul- sions,which can provide information for the clinical nursing. Methods：From Mar. 2010 to Mar. 2011,80 pediatric patients in our hospital who received heat convulsions were divided into observation group and control group randomly. The parents of pediatric patients in observation group received routine health ed- ucation and clinical nursing pathway management, at the same time those in conlrol group received routine health education only. Then we analyzed all the patients clinical dates and summary the nurse experience and stringency strategy＇. Results ：The cognition of heat convulsions to parents of pediatric patients, complication occurrence rate of pediatric patients and satisfaction of parents in observation group was better than that in control group, and there was statisti- cally significant difference（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The nursing intervention of clinical pathway management to parents for pediatric patients can improve the clinical nut＇sinS quality,reduce complication occurrence rate of pediatric patients and improve the clinical, satisfaction of parents,the development of disease is emergency,the progress of the disease is quickly and the death rate is hi{~h,it is worthy of clinical application.
