摘要 目的:通过改良现有痛风性关节炎动物模型,制备出较为稳定与人类痛风性关节炎发病机制相似的动物模型。方法:采用局部注射鸡单侧膝关节的方法建造痛风性关节炎动物模型,观察关节形态学改变,制定标准进行分级评分,造模后对受试鸡进行组织学检测,并与盐水对照组加以比较。结果:经造模后本实验明显的观察到鸡的膝关节健侧与患侧关节软骨与滑膜组织改变明显,与其同空白对照组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:局部注射鸡单侧膝关节法建立鸡痛风性关节炎动物模型更符合人类痛风性关节炎发病机制的动物模型。 Objective : To make more stable animal models similar to human gouty arthritis pathogenesis by improving existing gouty arthritis animal models Methods : Coderre local injections of chicken unilateral knee joint have been used to construct animal models of gouty arthritis;joint morphologi-cal changes have been observed;standards for grading score have been set.Histologic examination has been carried out for the subject chicken after constructing models,and compared with the control group with injection of saline.Results : It is observed that the healthy side,affected side of articular cartilage and synovial tissue have been improved obviously in this study.There is a statistical significance compared with the blank control group.Conclusion : The gouty arthritis animal models constructed through the method of local injections of chicken unilateral knee joint are more suitable to study the pathogenesis of human gouty arthritis.
