摘要
目的:探讨诸多临床因素对脑膜瘤手术后复发的影响。方法:回顾性分析2000年1月至2009年12月神经外科96例经手术治疗脑膜瘤患者的病例资料,分析其临床因素如性别、年龄、首发症状、发病部位、手术切除程度、组织学类型以及术前KPS(Karnofsky Performance Scale)评分。应用SPSS13.0软件进行单因素分析和多因素分析,多因素分析应用二值多元Logistic回归模型,以诸多临床因素作为自变量,复发与否作为因变量。结果:经单因素分析患者性别、年龄和术前KPS评分与脑膜瘤复发有明显关系;多因素分析显示患者首发症状、发病部位、组织学类型及手术切除程度是影响脑膜瘤复发的主要因素。结论:脑膜瘤首发症状、发病部位、组织学类型及手术切除程度对脑膜瘤复发有明显影响,可作为预测脑膜瘤复发的显著危险因子。
Objective : To provide reasonable evidences of the clinical factors which affect the recurrence of meningioma after surgery.Methods : Clinical features in 96cases of meningiomas,which were operated from January 2000to December 2009in the hospital were studied retrospectively.The factors were evaluated with univariate and multivariate analysis.Results : With univariate analysis,three factors were highly related to the recurrence of meningiomas.They were patients'gender,age and KPS score.Original symptoms,pathogenetic locations,histological types and extents of resection were risk factors of meningiomas recurrence with multivariate analysis.Conclusion : The main factors that affect the recurrence of meningioma patients after operation are original symptoms,pathogenetic locations,histological types and extents of resection.
