灭菌促长剂防治柑橘贮藏期病害的药效试验

Control Tests of Miejuncuzhangji Aganist Storage Disease of Orange

介绍了采用菌落生长速率法测定灭菌促长剂对柑橘蒂腐病菌的EC5 0 为 0 .66mg/kg ,采用 90 0mg/kg药液浸泡柑橘 2～ 3min后风干 ,套袋 ,常温保存 30、60、80d后的防治效果分别为 91 .74 %、89.55%和 83.0 5% ,明显优于多菌灵。说明灭菌促长剂可溶性粉剂对柑橘贮藏期病害有良好的防治效果。

Miejuncuzhangji SP had a high controlling effect against storage disease of orange. The toxicity EC 50 of Miejuncuzhangji to Diplodia natalensis was 0.66mg/kg. After storing for 30 days, 60 days, and 80 days, it's controlling effects were above 80 percent when the oranges were dried and sacked after being soaked for 2～3 minites with the fungicide which active ingredient concentration was 900mg/kg.
