摘要
在室内用生长速率法测定了速克灵 (Procymidone)、茶皂素 (Teasaponin)及二者的不同比例的混剂对黄瓜灰霉病菌的抑制作用。生测结果表明 ,速克灵与茶皂素混用对黄瓜灰霉病菌不表现增效作用。速克灵具有强烈的抑制孢子萌发的作用 ,茶皂素对孢子萌发抑制作用很弱。两种药剂仅起抑菌作用 ,而无杀菌作用。当菌丝悬浮液经不同浓度的药剂处理后 ,菌丝形态发生不同程度的变化。
Inhibitions of procymidone, teasaponin and their mixture against Botrytis cinera Pers(BC) were assayed in the laboratory using growth velocity method. Bioassay results showed that the mixture of procymidone and teasaponin has no synergistic inhibition to BC. Procymidone has strong inhibition to spore germination but teasaponin has little inhibition. The two compounds inhibit the growth of hypha instead of killing. When the mycelial suspension was treated with a series of concentration of the two compounds, the hypha took place differently.
