摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱外标法测定了磺酰脲类化合物的含量 ,方法的标准偏差为 0 2 8,变异系数为 0 30 % ,线性相关系数为 0 9999,回收率为 99 5%～ 1 0 0 .51 %。
A method was developed for the determination of sulfonylureas by RP HPLC. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.28, the coefficient of variation 0.30%, linear correation 0.9999, and the recovery 99.5%～100.51%.
