摘要
目的 观察原发性开角型青光眼 (POAG)眼压、视野与图形视网膜电流图 (PERG) q波幅值之间的关系。通过改变空间频率 (12 0′、6 0′、30′)选择青光眼电生理学诊断最佳刺激参数。方法 对 2 4例 (30只眼 )原发性开角型青光眼病人进行眼压、定量静态视野及PERG检测。分析眼压、定量静态视野与PERGq波幅值关系。结果 眼压与PERGq波幅值呈负相关 ,定量静态视野缺损程度与PERGq波幅值下降程度呈正相关。高空间频率 (12 0′ >6 0′ >30′)刺激在青光眼电生理诊断中异常检出率较高。结论 眼压、视野、电生理学等检查方法从不同侧面揭示青光眼视神经损害的程度 ,三种检查结果显著相关。电生理学检查技术可用于临床早期诊断青光眼。多种检查方法联合运用有助于早期诊断青光眼。
Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation of intraocular pressure?,visual field and the amplitude of PERG q wave in patients with primary open angle glaucoma(POAG)and choose the most pertinent stimulant factor in electro physiology diagnosis of glaucoma with change of spatial fre quency.Methods Twenty four patients (30 eyes)with primary open angle glaucoma were tested by intraocular pressure,automatic static quantitative visual field and pattern reversal electroretinogram.The results were analysed with statistic method.Results Intraocular pressure was negatively correlated with the amplitude of PERG q wave.The degree of visual field defects were positively correlated with the amplitude of PERG q wave.High spatial fre quency (120′)had a higher abnormality rate in diagnosis of early primary open angle glaucoma than low spatial fre quency (30′,60′)Conclusion The prolongation of the PERG amplitude was closely related with the degree of damages of visual function in primary open angle glaucoma.It suggested that examination with PERG had definite value to diagnose glaucoma,evaluating therapeutic effect and following up glaucoma.
