慢性乙型肝炎患者血清HBVDNA与HBV标志的关系

The Relationship Between Serum HBVDNA and the Markers of HBV in Chronic Hepatitis B Patients

目的 :探讨慢性乙肝患者血清乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸 (HBVDNA)与 HBV标志物的关系。方法 :应用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)对 12 6例慢性乙肝患者的血清 HBVDNA进行检测。结果 :HBe Ag阳性患者中血清 HBVDNA检出率为73.3% ,HBs Ag阳性和抗 - HBe阳性患者血清 HBVDNA检出率分别为 5 5 .0 %和 40 .8%。结论 :HBVDNA反映乙肝病毒复制方面比 e系统更敏感 ,是反映乙肝病毒复制的重要指标之一。

Objective: To study the relationship between serum HBVDNA and the markers of HBV in chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods: HBVDNA was detected qualitatively in the serum from one hundred twenty six cases of chronic hepatitis B by using polymerase chin reaction.Results: The positive rates of serum HBVDNA were 73.3%,55.0% and 40.8% in HBeAg positive,HBsAg Positive, anti HBe positive respectively. Conclusion:There is a close correlation between serum HBVDNA and HBeAg. The serum HBVDNA is more sensitive than that of e system in reflecting the replication of hepatitis B virus. It is one of the important indexes for reflecting the replication of HBV.
