干槽症的预防及治疗效果观察

The Investigation of Prevention and Treatment in Dry Socket

:目的 :讨论干槽症的预防及临床治疗效果。方法 :将 5 6 9例拔除下颌牙患者分成四组进行观察。结果显示 :预防C组干槽症发病明显下降 ,与其他各组比较有显著性差异 P<0 .0 0 1。治疗上 C组疗效极佳 ,与其他各组比较有显著性差异 P<0 .0 0 1。结论 :提示甲硝唑纱条可做为预防最佳用药 ,林可霉素棉球为治疗干槽症的最佳用药。

Objective:To investigate the prevention and treatment effects in dry socket.Method:569 cases of dental extraction were divided into four groups and the prevention and treatment effects were investigated.Result:The incidence of dry socket in prevention C group decreased significantly ( P <0.001). The treatment C group showed a better effect than that of the other groups ( P <0.001). Conclusion:The Methonidazole ribbon gauze and Lincomycin cotton ball have good effects in prevention and treatment of dry socket.
