肝病患者红细胞体积分布宽度变化及临床意义

The Changes and Clinical Significance of Red Blood Cell Distribution Width in Liver Diseases

目的 :探讨各种肝病患者红细胞体积分布宽度的变化及其临床意义。方法 :应用 K- 10 0 0型全自动血液分析仪测定 16 2例肝病患者红细胞体积分布宽度标准差 (RDW- SD)和红细胞体积分布宽度变异系数 (RDW- CV)。结果 :表明慢性活动性肝炎组、肝硬变组和肝细胞肝癌 (HCC)组 RDW- SD和 RDW- CV值与正常对照组比较均升高 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ,升高程度依次为 HCC组 >肝硬变组 >慢活肝组 (P<0 .0 5 )。HCC组 期患者 RDW- SD和 RDW- CV值与 、 、 期患者相比 ,差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :RDW指标的改变反映肝病病情的轻重程度 ,RDW- SD和 RDW-CV值可以作为判断肝功能损害程度和 HCC预后的指标之一。

Objective:To study the changes and the clinical significance of Red Blood Cell Distribution Width (RDW) in a lot of kinds of liver diseases. Methods:162 cases of liver diseases were selected and their RDW SD and RDW CV were measured by a Auto Blood Analyzer (K 1000). Results:The RDW SD and RDW CV values in chronic active hepatitis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were higher than that of the control subjects( P <0.05). The HCC showed the highest value in RDW SD and RDW CV, and then the cirrhosis and chronic active hepatitis. The advanced stage of HCC also showed a higher value of RDW SD and RDW CV as compared to that of other stages( P <0.05). Conclusion:The changes of RDW may reflect the situations of liver diseases. The RDW SD and RDW CV may act as a standard to judge the injure degree of liver function and to predict the HCC prognosis.
