摘要 目的 探讨低强度脉冲电磁场对小鼠血液流变学指标的影响 .方法 将小鼠分为 4组 ,前 3组分别暴露于脉冲频率为 15 Hz,脉冲时延为 5 ms,强度分别为 2× 10 - 4 T,4× 10 - 4T,8× 10 - 4 T的磁感应强度下 ,时间为 10 d,每日 6 h,后 1组为对照组 ,第 10日统一摘右眼取血 ,测定其血液流变学指标中的血细胞比容及全血高切、低切表观粘度 .结果 低强度低频率脉冲电磁场辐照组与对照组比较 ,除 2× 10 - 4 T组的红细胞聚集指数不显著外 ,磁场辐照组的血细胞比容 ,全血高切、低切表观粘度及红细胞聚集指数均明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) .结论 低强度脉冲电磁场可以降低血细胞比容及全血高切、低切表观粘度 ,可提高血液的流动性 ,有利于心。 AIM To investigate effects of pulsed electromagnet ic fields (PEF) on hemorheology of mice. METHODS The mice were randomized into 4 groups. The first 3 were electromagnetically radiated at the frequency of 15Hz, electromagnetic pulse of 5 ms and under the intensities of 2×10 -4 T, 4×10 -4 T and 8×10 -4 T respectively for 10 days (6 h/per day). The last group served as control. On the 10th day, blood was taken from the right eye of each mouse to deter mine their hemorheological indexes such as kematokrit and apparent viscocity of whole blood high and low shears. RESULTS In the comparison between hemorheological indexes of the low electromagnetically radiated groups and that of the control, except that the aggregation indexes of RBC of the 2×10 -4 T group (A) were not significant, the kematokrit and the apparent viscosity of whole blood high and low shears as well as the aggregation indexes of RBC of the radiated groups were significantly lower than that of the control. CONCLUSION Low intensity pulsed electromagnetic field can lower packed cell volume and the apparent viscosity of whole blood high and low shears and improve blood fluxion. Therefore, low intensity PEF is applicable to the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
