摘要
目的 探索治疗椎间盘病变的较好方法 .方法 选用恒河猴 12只进行腰椎间盘两两配对移植 ,观察术后不同时期间盘组织形态学变化 .结果 移植间盘高度术后 1~ 5 mo呈下降趋势 ,6~ 12 m o基本保持稳定 .光镜下纤维环和软骨终板形态结构基本完好 ,有轻度退变表现 ,未见炎症细胞浸润及骨坏死现象 ,透射电镜观察到移植组间盘髓核退变细胞较正常对照组增多 ,髓核基质中胶原原纤维数量较对照组增多 .结论 猴异体移植椎间盘在受体能够存活 ,移植间盘有退变 ,但亦显示一定的自我修复能力 .
AIM To probe a better way to treat intervertebral disc lesions. METHODS Intervertebral disc allografts were implanted into L 4~5 defects in 12 rhesus monkeys. The animals were followed for 12 months postoperatively. RESULTS Radiographs showed bone union between the grafted disc and recipient vertebral body in one month postoperatively and there was a gradual loss of grafted disc height in the first six months postoperatively, but the height of the transplanted disc still kept 60 percent or more in 9 to 12 months follow up.Histologically, the cartilaginous end plate was viable and remained their integrity with a slight degeneration. On the other hand, there was a regeneration of chondrocytlike cells in the nucleus pulposus and the matrix of the nucleus pulposus was denser than control group. No obvious immune response was observed in our experiment. Transmitted electronmicroscope (TEM) also showed degeneration of some cells of the nucleus pulpous and increase of collagen fibers, meanwhile, regeneration of chondrocyte like cells were observed in the grafted disc. CONCLUSION This investigation showed that the fresh allogratfts of intervertebral disc were survival. The degeneration of grafted discs was mild in 12 months follow up. At the same time, the intervertebral disc allografts showed a capacity of regeneration.
