Clinical Study on 60 Cases of Cervical Spondylopathy Vertebral Artery-type Treated with Point-injection Therapy

观察川芎注射液治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。川芎注射液能有效改善推动脉形态、推动脉供血 ,继而改善脑组织的供血、供氧 ,并使临床症状得以改善或消除 ,疗效明显优于单纯针刺治疗者。机理为 :水针疗法能最大限度地发挥针刺、药物、经穴的协同治疗作用。

The article observed clinical curative effect of cervical spondylopathy vertebral artery type treated by chuanqiong injection.It improved effectually the form and the blood supply of vertebral artery and improved the supply of blood and oxygen in brain tissue.Clinical symptoms were relieved on eliminated.Point injected by chuanqiong injection was superior in curative effect to acupuncturing treatment only.Its mechanism was that point injection therapy can give full play to the cooperation of acupuncture, acupoint and drugs.Our therapy provided a more effective method of treating cervical spondylopathy.
