摘要
色谱 光谱联用技术使色谱分离与光谱鉴定成为一个连续的过程 ,它简化了样品处理步骤 ,集色谱的高分离效能与光谱的强鉴定能力于一体 ,已成为药物代谢物结构研究的最有效的手段。本文介绍了LC/DAD、GC/MS、LC/MS和LC/NMR等联用技术 ,及其在药物代谢物结构研究中的应用特点。
Coupled chromatography spectroscopy techniques have made the separation by chromatography and the identification by spectroscopy becoming an on line procedure. They combined the high separation efficiency of chromatography with powerful identification capacity of spectroscopy with simplifing the sample treating processes and have become the most important means for drug metabolite structure elucidation. In this paper, several coupled chromatography spectroscopy techniques, such as LC/DAD, GC/MS, LC/MS, LC/NMR and so on, and their application to drug metabolite structure elucidation were introduced.
