中药胃灌注治疗Cushing溃疡临床观察

Observation on Cushing Ulcer Treated by Flling Stomach with Traditional Chinese Drugs

目的：观蔡中药胃灌注治疗Ｃｕｓｈｉｎｇ溃疡的临床效果。方法：３２例患者均用冰冻紫地止血汤２００ｍｌ灌注洗胃２～３次后，依次灌注冰冻紫地止血汤 １００ｍｌ和辩证宁血汤 １００ｍｌ。每隔 ４～６小时 １次，出血停止后用微温辨证宁血汤 ２００ｍｌ灌注胃内保留．１天２次，治疗 １周后评估疗效。结果：治愈２０例，显效７例，有效２例，无效２例，加重１例，总有效率９０．６４％。结论：中药胃灌注治疗Ｃｕｓｈｉｎｇ溃疡是一种比较安全有效的治疗方法，但有一定的选择性。

Object To observe the effect of filling stomach with traditional Chinese drugs in treating cushing ulcer. Methods 32 patients were filled stomach with l00ml of refrigerated styptic decoction of arnebia and rehmannia and l00ml of styptic decoction of differentiating symptoms and signs every 4~6 hours. When bleeding was stopped, the filled stomach drug was changed over to 200ml of heated styptic decoction of differentiating symptoms and signs every 12 hours. The curative effect would be evaluated in one week. Result: 20 patients were cured. 7 obvious effective. 2 effective. 2 noneffective and 1 exascerbated. The total effective rate was 90. 4% Conclusion: Filling stomach with traditional Chinese drugs in treating cushing ulcer is an effective therapy, but it has some selectivities.
