中国传统地理学内容研究

Contents of Traditional Geography in China

中国传统地理学历经数千年的持续发展.内容极为丰富。但是,由于缺乏系统性,因而在内容上也是很庞杂的。它究竟包括一些什么内容?笔者对此进行了初步探讨,不妥之处恳盼指教。(一)在中国古代,虽然没有书籍专门研究讨论过中国传统地理学的内容,但是有一些类书、史书和目录书涉及到了这个问题。据笔者查阅,最早对传统地理学内容进行分类的是宋朝著名学者郑樵(1104～1162)的纪传体通史《通志》(200卷)。郑氏在《通志·艺文略》中,将史类地理划分为12个子目:地理、都城、宫苑、郡邑、图经、方物、川读、名山洞府、塔寺、朝聘、行役。

Based on the sorting-out of the information in various Chinese ancient books, this article primarily reviews and systemat -izes the contents of the traditional geography in China. Among them are geography in historical science, geography in Chinese classics, local lopological geography, geography of borderlands and foreign lands, geography of mountains and rivers. geography in jottings and geography of maps.
