细菌毒力因子的分泌机制 被引量:1

摘要 不同种类细菌的毒素、酶、菌毛、外膜蛋白等毒力因子的分泌(包括装配)机制往往有相似之处,可将革兰阴性菌毒力因子的分泌机制分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅲ4种类型,而革兰阳性菌则单独有一套较为简单的分泌系统。
