国内外聚丙烯薄膜的差异及对电容器设计的影响

Difference of Domestic and Foreign Propylene Film and Its Influence on the Design of Capacitor

通过对薄膜试验单元的测试与数据分析,比较了国内外聚丙烯薄膜在厚度测量方法、实际空隙率、击穿电压及击穿场强上的差异,并分析了这些差异对电容器设计的影响,总结了如何在电容器设计过程中尽量减少这种差异。

The difference of polypropylene films produced by domestic and foreign manufactures is compared in such aspects as thickness measurement method, actual space factor, breakdown voltage and breakdown strength through the test and data analysis of the film test unit, the influence of such difference on the capacitor design is also analyzed and how to reduce the difference in the capacitor design is summarized.
