摘要
以现有的线性控制为基础,采用先进的模糊控制算法,结合PLC的灵活控制、方便编程和强适应性的优点,堆垛机速度控制系统克服了传统的调节器超调量较大的缺点,提高了堆垛机控制的定位的精确度及运行速度,同时实现了堆垛机运行的高性能化与智能化.
Based on the existing linear control, using the advanced fuzzy control algorithm, combined with the flexibility control , easy programming, strong adaptability of PLC' s advantages, the stacer speed con- trol system overcomes the traditional shortcomings of large amount of overshoot, improves the stacker' s positioning accuracy and runing speed, while achieving high performance and intelligence.
