吡啶二羧酸类噁二唑衍生物的微波合成

Synthesis of Oxadiazole Derivatives Based on Pyridine Carboxylic Acid under Microwave Radiation

摘要 通过微波手段合成了一系列吡啶二羧酸噁二唑衍生物,通过红外光谱和核磁氢谱对其结构进行了表征,并对其微波合成的条件进行了探索.结果表明:微波提高了反应的产率,并且反应产率最佳的条件是:500 W微波功率,反应时间8 min,三氯氧磷6 mL,羧酸与酰肼的摩尔比1:1. In this paper, a series of pyridinedicarboxylic acid derivatives were synthesized under microwave radiation, The structure of compounds were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and ^1 H NMR spectrum, and the condition of microwave synthesis was researched. The results show that the microwave improves the yield of the reaction, and the conditions of the highest yield of the reaction is the 500w microwave power, the reaction time for 8min, 6 ml phosphorus oxychloride, and that the molar ratio of carboxylic acid with a hydrazide is 1:1.
