瘦肉精是一类可以增加牲畜瘦肉量的物质,其中盐酸克伦特罗是治疗哮喘的一种药物,毒性并不是很强,莱克多巴胺的毒性低、代谢快、蓄积较少。通过添加化学物质以增加瘦肉比例的这种做法本身并没有什么错,但前提是一定要确保安全。只要充分认识瘦肉精的危害性,并对食品执行严格的检验与管理,瘦肉精也并不是人们想象中那么可怕。开展合理利用瘦肉精类化学物质的研究,在合理的范围内使用以提高瘦肉的比例,趋利避害,是值得提倡、造福于民的一项重要、实用的课题。
Planipart is a kind of material which can make the pigs to increase their lean meats. In it, clenbnterol hydrochloride is a drug treating asthma. It is not strong toxic. Ractopamine is a low-toxic, fast-metabolic, and rare-accumulative. To increase lean meats through adding chemicals is not wrong itself if the method is safe. After recognizing the perniciousness of the plantipart and making strict inspection and administration of the food itself, the plantipart is not so terrible. Launching the research on the rational use of plantipart for increasing the percentage of lean meat is practical and beneficial.
