“参苓合剂”抗肿瘤作用的药理研究

Pharmacological Studies of Shenling Mixture in Antineoplasms

目的探索“参苓合剂”抗肿瘤的药理作用。方法通过“参苓合剂”的抗实体肿瘤作用和对体外培养肿瘤细胞杀伤作用的实验进行探索研究。结果该药具有明显的抑制小鼠Ｓ１８０生长作用，对动物实体瘤有显著的抑制作用；对人肺癌Ｇ６细胞、人胃腺癌ＭＫＮ２８细胞均有明显的杀伤作用。当“参苓合剂”浓度为 １／ ２０时，对两种细胞的杀伤率均达到１００％，即全部杀死；当浓度在１／１６０－１／３００时，杀伤率可达５０％左右；当浓度至１／１２８０时节，也有２０％左右的杀伤率。结论参苓合剂具有明显的抗肿瘤作用。

Objective To explore the pharmacological effects of Shenling mixture in the antineoplasms. Methods Animal ex- periments were carried out to study the antineoplasm effects of Shenling mixture and the killing effects on the cultured cancer cells. Results Antineoplastic effect was observed in suppressing mouse S180. Killing effects were observed to human pulmonary carcinoma G6 and stomach MKN68. Conclusion Shenling mixture could effectively suppress and kill the cancer cells.
