This paper, on the basis of defining the basic concepts of resource-conserving service industry in Wuhan City Circle, not only proposes the industries covered by it, but also analyzes the achieve- ments,through combining with statistical data and using comprehensive and comparative analysis method,in order to provide a reference for its development.
