摘要 围绕能力、资源和动态机制,分析了物流企业竞争力的要素构成,根据生命周期理论将物流企业发展分成起步期、成长期、成熟期、再生期四个阶段。在问卷调研的基础上,分别对平台型物流企业和通用型物流企业竞争力的构成要素进行了分析,研究了企业能力、资源和匹配机制在不同发展阶段的重要性排序,给出了不同阶段的竞争力演化发展路径,并以浙江传化物流公司和广州宝供物流公司为例进行了验证。 Based on competen.ce, resources and dynamic mechanism, the research has processed an anal- ysis of logistics company's competitive formation, whose development has been cut into four phases: the early,growth, maturity and reproduction stage on the basis of life-cycle theory. It is on the founda- tion of questionnaire research that analysis of competitive formation upon platform-type and universal logistics companies" aims at researching the sequence of importance of company competence,resources and matching mechanism function in various development stages, provided path of competitive evolu- tions accordingly, and taking examples from both logistics companies like Zhejiang Transfar and Guangzhou Treasure,has justified what has been put forward theoretically above.
