论共同富裕的实现路径

On the Way to Achieving Common Prosperity

共同富裕是我国社会主义建设与发展所追求的目标,但是随着经济的迅速发展,我国非但没有实现共同富裕,反而出现收入差距不断扩大的趋势。究其根源,就在于共同富裕不符合市场经济优胜劣汰的客观规律,因而其难以随市场经济而自动实现。为实现社会的共同富裕,我们就必须要利用政府干预这只看得见的手,来克服市场经济中优胜劣汰所导致的两极分化现象。为此,必须坚持生产资料公有制,发挥税的真正功能,促进社会平等创造更多的就业机会以及调整精神奖励的评选标准。

Common prosperity is our object of social construction and development. Instead of achieving the object,the economic development in the past has widened the gap between the rich and the poor. The root lies in that incompatible with the objective rule of survival of the fittest in market economy, the object of common prosperity cannot be achieved spontaneously. To achieve common prosperity,we should insist on public ownership of the means of production,give real play to taxation, promote the social equality, furnish more employment to the poor,and adjust the selection standard of moral encouragement to take advantage of government intervention.
