摘要
对某航道事业单位共计2 313人进行了有关幸福感的问卷调查,并对相关调查数据进行了统计与分析。结果表明:当前航道事业单位职工的主观幸福感整体处于中等偏上水平,但在民主管理状况幸福感、经济收入状况幸福感等具体的幸福感水平上却相对偏低。建议航道事业单位应注重促进职工在经济收入增长基础之上的更高层次需求的实现,以提高事业单位职工的幸福感水平,建设和谐单位。
Based on the feedback and data from the questionnaire of 2313 persons of certain waterway enterprise, this essay analyzes the various dimensions of the sense of happiness of an enterprise staff from the micro and individual perspective and finds that the sense of happiness in aspect of democratic management and income is much lower compared with the subiective sense of happiness. Thus the essay suggests that the enterprise should, on the one hand, build a harmonious atmosphere and, on the other hand, improve the level of individual's income so as to meet the higher psychological needs of the staff.
