摘要
替罪羊意指代人受过者,它是文学作品中一个常见的主题。在美国小说作品中,替罪羊的形象主要以神、人、兽、魔等形式表现出来。这些不同的替罪羊形象生动形象地表达了作品的主题思想,很好地体现了作者的创作目的,从不同视域深刻地反映和批判了美国各种严峻的社会问题。
A scapegoat refers to anyone or anything that carries the can for others. It is a commonly seen theme in literary works. In American fiction, scapegoats are mainly manifested in the form of God,human, animal and Satan,etc. These diverse scapegoat images vividly present the themes of the works, accurately embody authors' motives, and sharply disclose and criticize various American serious social problems from different perspectives.
