吸入性糖皮质激素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者IL-6及CRP影响探讨

Inhaled corticosteroids in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease il-6 and CRP

目的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者免疫紊乱,免疫应答及炎症指标增高,本研究旨在了解吸入性糖皮质激素对此类患者IL-6及CRP影响。方法 125例确诊为COPD患者分为治疗组及对照组,经布地奈德雾化治疗后观察IL-6及CRP水平。结果 COPD患者治疗组IL-6及CRP水平较对照组明显下降,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者体内存在不同程度的免疫缺陷及炎症反应,吸入性糖皮质激素可抑制此类反应,使COPD患者病情趋于缓和。

Objective Immune disorders in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,immune response and inflammatory index increased,this study aims to understand the inhaled corticosteroids il-6 and CRP in patients with such effect.Methods 125 cases diagnosed as COPD patients were divided into treatment group and control group,after treatment with budesonide atomization observation il-6 and CRP levels.Results COPD patients in treatment group il-6 and CRP level was significantly decreased,P 0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients are different degree of immunodeficiency and inflammation,inhaled glucocorticoid inhibits the reaction,the COPD patients are easing.
