Evaluation on Yield and Sucrose Content of 40 Sugarcane Germplasms

40份繁殖更新的甘蔗种质通过1新2宿的田间试验,数据收集,产量、糖分的分析研究,从中筛选评价出糖分超过15%的种质8个,占总数的20%;产量高于120t/hm2的种质4个,占总数的10%;含糖量高于17t/hm2的种质5个,占总数的12.5%,这些优异种质可作为杂交或回交亲本利用。

Abstract： In this paper, 40 sugarcane germplasm resources （GRs） （one year＇s plant and two year＇s ratoon in field trial） were tested for their yield and sugar content. The results were as the following： showed that 8 germplasms （account for 20% of GRs） showed good performance in sucrose content （ 〉15%）; 4 germplasms （account for 10% of GRs） showed high yield （ 〉 120 t/ha）; 5 germplasms （account for 12.5% of GRs） showed high suzar vield （〉17 t/ha）. These selected GRs can be used as oarents for further hybridization and backcrossing.
