Solving the linear equations is an important part of algebra, which is widely used in mathematics and other fields of science, many complicated equation can be transformed into linear equation. In this paper, some basic methods for solving the linear equations are discussed and summarized, meanwhile, the detailed instructions are given through some examples for each method.
