微波组织凝固术治疗常年性变应性鼻炎疗效随访观察

Microwave tissue coagulation therapy for perennial allergic rhinitis

目的 观察微波治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的效果。方法 35 6例变应性鼻炎分为三组 :140例采用微波组织凝固术 ,116例行下鼻甲部分切除术 +鼻中隔矫正术 ,10 0例行下鼻甲部分切除术 +鼻中隔矫正术 +微波组织凝固术 ,三组疗效进行对比分析。结果 经 2年的追踪观察 ,有效率分别为 80 .3% ,5 9.7%和 87.6 %。结论 变应性鼻炎进行微波治疗或矫正鼻中隔偏曲及下鼻甲部分切除术后加用微波治疗 ,疗效显著地提高 (P <0 .0 0 1)。

Objective To study the effect of microwave tissue coagulation(MTC) on perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods 356 cases with perennial allergic rhinitis were divided into three groups:①140 cases were only treated with MTC therapy;②116 cases received the partial inferior turbinectomy(PIT) and septoplasty(SP) therapy;③100 cases were given the comprehensive treatment(MTC plus PIT and SP therapy).Results After 2 years of followed-up,the effective rate of above three groups was in turn 80.3%,59.7% and 87.6% respectively. Conclusion The study suggests that the comprehensive treatment as mentioned above can greatly enhance the curative effect for perennial allergic rhinitis.
