摘要
对H13钢锻造曲轴模具的断裂原因进行了分析与研究,并对曲轴锻模的断裂失效的各种状态及相关检验结果作了分析,通过对H13钢热处理工艺进行合理的优化,提高了曲轴锻造模具的使用寿命。
The reason for fracturing of Hl3 steel dies for forging crankshafts was analyzed and researched, and the various states of fracture failure of the dies and related testing results were introduced. In order to improve the life of crankshatt forging dies, the heat treatment process of the dies of H 13 steel was rationally optimized.
