摘要
对核屏蔽容器的结构特点、浇注系统的设计方法、砂型工艺、容器的化学成分确定及炉料配比、熔化过程参数控制进行了分析,提出了提高灰铸铁容器密度的一系列铸造工艺措施,并应用于核屏蔽灰铸铁容器的铸造生产中。
The structural characteristics of the nuclear shielding container, designing method of gating system, sand casting process, chemical composition of the container and charge ratio, control method of melting process parameter were analyzed, a series of casting process measures to improve the density of gray cast iron vessel were put forward, and used in the casting production of nuclear shielding container of gray cast iron.
