摘要
利用计算机分析技术对汽车双联齿轮激光分体式工艺进行了分析,并研究了分体式加工后的齿轮变形。根据分析结果,提出了双联齿轮分体式加工解决问题的可靠性方案,使焊后齿轮的外圆面的平均半径变化量极小。同时通过齿轮焊接质量及焊缝深宽比的分析,确定了双联齿轮激光焊接的最佳工艺参数。
Based on computer analysis technology, the laser welding process for automotive transmission dual gears and the deformation of the gears after laser welding were analyzed. According to the analysis results, the reliability program of separated-type split processing for dual gears was proposed. The program can make the average radius of the outer surface of the gears after welding vary in a very small amount. Based on the analysis of the welding quality of gears and the depth-to-width ratio of welding seam, the optimal laser welding parameters for dual gears were determined.
