摘要
针对传统仪器不能有效地实时测温的问题(受条件限制或铸件温度场分布不均匀等),利用虚拟仪器及多点测量手段,探讨了LabVIEW系统的实时模拟在测温环境下的应用。实时模拟有效地解决了传统仪器在实时测温方面的限制,可用于实际生产中铸件温度场的测量。
Aimed at the problems that traditional instruments can not be effective in real-time temperature measurement because of the restrictions of conditions or the uneven temperature distribution in castings, using virtual instrument and multi-point measurement means, the application of the real-time simulation of LabVIEW system under the environment of temperature measuring was discussed. The real-time simulation can effectively solve the restrictions of the traditional instrument in real-time temperature measurement, can be used for the measurement of casting temperature field in actual production.
