摘要
利用AnyCasting软件,对列车制动器球铁吊架的充型、凝固过程进行模拟仿真,从温度场和模数等方面分析缩孔情况及其形成原因,并采取相应工艺措施进行优化,如增加冒口拔模斜度、延长冒口颈长度和提高冒口高度等,消除了铸件缺陷,从而得到品质优良的铸件。
The numerical simulation software AnyCasting was applied to analyze the filling and solidification process of ductile iron brakes in trains. Based on the temperature fields and the modulus, the reason for forming the shrinkage defects were analyzed and some corresponding measures were taken to optimize the procedure, for example, increasing draft angle and riser distance, increasing riser height, and so on. The results show these measures avoid the ductile iron brake castings fi'om shrinkage defects and the casting quality improves.
