摘要 近年来新兴的应用活性染色剂的玻璃体切割术又叫染色玻璃体切割术。染色玻璃体切割术的特点是使用活性染色剂或者结晶使玻璃体切割术中无色或者透明的眼底结构,如内界膜等可视化,使手术过程更为简便。现临床应用的常见染色剂主要有曲安奈德(TA)、吲哚青绿、锥虫蓝、亮蓝等。因各种染色剂基本特性各异,染色性质各有不同,应用范围各异。就活性染色剂的临床应用特性、不良反应以及研究现状进行综述。 One especial surgical technique recently was named chromovitrectomy. Vital dyes or crystals should be applied during surgery to improve the visualization of intraocular tissues and to simplify specific procedures such as internal limiting membrane ( ILM ) peeling, etc.. Ttriamcinolone acetonide ( TA ) , indocyanine green, trypan blue,bright blue, etc. are the most popular dyes in chromovitrectomy nowadays. Since the basic characteristics and dyeing properties of these dyes vary, the application range is of distinguishing each. This article aimed to introduce the clinical application characteristics,toxicity/adverse effect of the vital dyes, and summarize the development of these drugs.
