整体护理模式病房学生考核方法

The Evaluation on the Students in the Model Ward of Holistic Nursing Care

为适应护理模式的转变 ,适应整体护理工作的需要 ,我校在我院 4个模式病房开展了整体护理教学。如何评价教学质量关键是要有一套科学的、有操作性的考核方法 ,经过近 1年的实践 ,我们形成了一套整体护理临床教学的考核方法。新的考核方法不仅能较全面客观地考评学生进行整体护理的能力 ,而且能规范和引导临床带教行为。

To adjust to the nursing model change and to meet the need of holistic nursing care,we studied the holistic nursing education in four model wards.After one year's study,we set up a series of test methods.They are scientific and easy to be implemented.These methods can evaluate the clinic nursing teaching,guide the teachers in clinic to instruct the students and standardize the teachers' behaviour.
