摘要
目的采用CEUS技术定量评价动脉粥样硬化斑块显影强度,探讨血管活性物质对斑块显影强度的影响。方法对25只新西兰白兔行球囊扩张术,之后高脂喂养16周,建立动脉粥样硬化模型;行常规超声及CEUS检查,测量不同类型斑块的增强强度,造影剂消退后分别静脉滴注去甲肾上腺素(NA)和三磷酸腺苷(ATP),采用时间-强度曲线定量分析动脉粥样硬化斑块的信号强度(A)。结果 CEUS显示A硬斑明显低于A软斑;滴注NA后A斑块及A斑块/A管腔比值低于基础造影,而滴注ATP后A斑块及A斑块/A管腔比值高于基础造影。结论血管活性物质可影响CEUS中动脉粥样硬化斑块的显影强度。
Objective To quantitatively evaluate the enhanced intensity of atherosclerotic plaques with CEUS, and to explore the impact of vasoactive substances on the enhanced intensity of atherosclerotic plaques during CEUS. Methods Atherosclerotic model was induced in 25 New Zealand white rabbits by a combination of balloon injury and 16 week high fat diet. Regular ultrasound and CEUS were performed to observe the enhanced intensity of atherosclerotic plaques, and then noradrenalin (NA) or triphosadenine (ATP) was intravenously infused. Time-intensity curve was used to quantify the enhanced signal intensity (A value) of the plaques during CEUS. Results Aecholucent plaques was higher than Aechogenic plaques in CEUS. After administration of NA, Aplaquo and Aplsque/Alumen decreased compared with pre-administration, whereas increased after infusion of ATP. Conclusion Vasoactive substances can affect the enhanced intensity of plaques for atherosclerosis during CEUS.
