摘要
目的利用Test-Bolus技术分析行颈总动脉CTA检查时对比剂到达颈总动脉的达峰时间和峰值与个体因素之间的关系。方法对94例患者采用Test-Bolus技术行颈总动脉CTA检查,分析颈总动脉的时间-密度曲线,获得其达峰时间和峰值。采用单因素回归分析和多因素逐步回归法分析患者性别、年龄、身高等个体因素与对比剂到达颈总动脉的达峰时间和峰值的关系。结果根据患者个体相关因素得出多元回归方程:达峰时间(s)=-5.14+2.33×性别+0.07×年龄+0.08×身高(cm)+0.05×平均动脉压(mmHg);峰值(HU)=453.87-2.28×体质量(kg)-2.41×达峰时间(s)-0.63×心率。结论行颈动脉CTA前应首先评估患者的个体因素,根据达峰时间和峰值的多元回归方程,可计算出注射对比剂后的延迟时间和峰值。
Objective To explore the individual impact factors on the time to peak (TTP), the peak value (POV) of contrast agent during carotid artery CTA with Test-Bolus technology. Methods Ninety-four patients underwent common carotid artery CTA with Test-Bolus technology, then the time-density curves (TDC) were analyzed to obtain TTP and POV. Single-factor regression analysis and multivariate stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between individual factors (such as gender, age, body height, et al) and TTP, POV, respectively. Results Two multiple regression equations were obtained, TTP (s)=-5.14+2.33×G (gender)H-0.07×A (age)+0.08×BH (body height, cm)+ 0.05×MAP (mean arterial pressure, mmHg), POV (HU)=453.87-2.28XBW (body weight, kg)-2.41×TTP(s)-0.63 × HR (heart rate). Conclusion The appropriate delay time and POV after injecting contrast agent can be obtained according to individual factors and multiple regression equations in carotid CTA.
