喉返神经隧道解剖技术在甲状腺手术中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨喉返神经解剖技术在甲状腺术中的可行性及安全性。方法:采用喉返神经隧道解剖技术:先离断甲状腺血管,暂不切断甲状腺下动脉,后离断峡部分离甲状腺叶内下背侧,娩出甲状腺,即先保留喉返神经入喉段四周包裹的毗邻组织(喉返神经隧道),后分开隧道显露出神经,行各类甲状腺手术共计250例。结果:250例中无1例器质性喉返神经损伤发生,2例甲状腺癌侵及小段喉返神经切除后一期修复,6个月后声带恢复正常活动。结论:喉返神经隧道解剖技术在甲状腺手术中用于保护喉返神经是安全、可行的。
