Application of Deep Vein Catheterization in the Treatment of Extensive Burns

目的探讨深静脉置管在抢救大面积烧伤患者中的应用。方法为本组32例大面积烧伤患者实行颈内静脉置管或股静脉置管,观察导管保留时间及导管感染情况。结果 32例大面积烧伤患者均平稳度过休克期,2例患者导管末端发生感染。结论深静脉置管的应用,满足了大面积烧伤患者的治疗需求,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application of deep vein catheterization in the emergent treatment of exten sive burns. Methods A total of 32 patients with extensive burns were performed vein catheterization in jugular vein or fem oral vein and the retention time of catheter and infection situation were observed. Results All the 32 patients lived through the shock stage smoothly, 2 patients got infection at the end of catheter. Conclusion The application of deep vein catheter ization can meet the treatment demand of patients with extensive burns, deserving to be promoted in clinic.
